A sharp new ad of Fevicol describes quite aptly the politics surrounding seats in the run up to the 2014 Lok Sabha elections. The ad shows two employees of a furniture shop discussing the fate of cleverly shaped chairs, cut into symbols of the two main political parties. "Kursi mein Fevicol zaroor lagaiyo. Taaqi kursi jiski bhi bane, majboot baney, der tak chaley," says one employeeto another pointing at a lotus shaped chair and a chair shaped as a man's hand. He adds his own philosophy: 'Market mein toh ek hi jaani hai. Baqi toh yehi reh jaani hai,' as the camera pans a broken heap of chairs stacked in a corner.
