It would be interesting to see Akshay Kumar matching steps with dancing genius Prabhu Deva in Rowdy Rathore's song Chinta Ta Ta. Meanwhile, we have a
teaser of the song where the two are seen shaking a leg together. The song has interesting beats which go well with the choreography. Prabhu Deva and Akshay Kumar are seen gyrating to the song in a cheerful mood.
Is the Rowdy Rathore overshadowed by director of the film Prabhu Deva? Well, the teaser doesn't show the full picture. But we sense, their chemistry is nice.
"Whatever he tells me, I go and rehearse it. We start rehearsing one week before. His steps are not so easy that you can do it immediately on the sets. Whatever steps he tells me I practice it and then do it finally," Akshay had said on the sets of the TV show Dance India Dance where he appeared to promote his film.
Rowdy Rathore marks the comeback of Akshay Kumar, who has recently done a slew of comedy films, as an action hero. Sonakshi Sinha plays the female lead. The trailer of the film on YouTube has had nine lakh hits so far.
Co-produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali Productions, Shabina Khan and UTV Motion Pictures, Rowdy Rathore is the official Hindi remake of the Telegu film Vikramarkudu (2006), in which southern star Ravi Teja was paired opposite Anushka Shetty.
Rowdy Rathore is slated for a June 15 release.
